Cajun King Chicken & Venison Smoked Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients
- 1 1.25 oz pkg Cajun King Jambalaya Seasoning Mix
- 1 3/4 cup Water or Chciken Broth
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 lb Chciken Breast Cut into Chuncks
- 1/2 lb Smoked Venison Sausage Sliced
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice
- 1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
Directions
- Re-hydrate seasoning mix by combining it with water or stock, stir until well blended set aside.
- While mixture re-hydrated saute chicken and sausage in butter about 8 minutes; add the rice and allow to saute a few minutes.
- Add re-hydrated mixture and tomato sauce stir to incorporate bring to a simmer, cover reduce heat and cook 30 minutes or untli all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
