Fish Fillet- Audubon

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz  Favorite Fish Fillets
  • 1/2 cup  milk
  • 3/8 cup  Cajun King Cajun Fry Mix
  • 3/8 cup  Bread crumbs
  • 1 stick  Butter
  • 1/2 cup  sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup  Artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp  Minced Parsley
  • 2 tbsp  Sauterne

Directions

  1. Dip fillets in milk; roll in Cajun King Fry Mix; dip in milk again and coat in bread crumbs.
  2. In skillet, melt butter and brown fillets over high heat, removing to heated serving platter.
  3. Lower heat, add mushrooms, artichokes(chopped) and parsley.
  4. Cook three minutes; stir in wine so miture bubbles and turns darker.
  5. Spoon mixture over fish, serving immediately.
