Fish Fillet- Audubon

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz Favorite Fish Fillets
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/8 cup Cajun King Cajun Fry Mix
- 3/8 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 stick Butter
- 1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Minced Parsley
- 2 tbsp Sauterne
Directions
- Dip fillets in milk; roll in Cajun King Fry Mix; dip in milk again and coat in bread crumbs.
- In skillet, melt butter and brown fillets over high heat, removing to heated serving platter.
- Lower heat, add mushrooms, artichokes(chopped) and parsley.
- Cook three minutes; stir in wine so miture bubbles and turns darker.
- Spoon mixture over fish, serving immediately.
