Grilled Fish Fillets

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Vermouth
- 2 lbs Fish Fillets
- 1 pkt Cajun King Char-Grill Mix Seasoning
Directions
- Melt butter, adding lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and vermouth.
- Dip fillets in butter sauce; heavily sprinkle Cajun King Char-Grill Mix Seasoning over fillets (both sides).
- Place fillets on very hot grill.
- Grill each side of fillet one half the estimated cooking time (10 minutes per inch of thickness).
- Remove fish from grill and serve.
