Grilled Fish Fillets

Directions

  1. Melt butter, adding lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and vermouth.
  2. Dip fillets in butter sauce; heavily sprinkle Cajun King Char-Grill Mix Seasoning over fillets (both sides).
  3. Place fillets on very hot grill.
  4. Grill each side of fillet one half the estimated cooking time (10 minutes per inch of thickness).
  5. Remove fish from grill and serve.
