Sammy Kershaw's Cajun Crabmeat Bundles

Directions

  1. Melt the butter and cream cheese togehter.
  2. Add the garlic, Cajun King Blended Spice Mix, onion powded, onion salt and Louisiana Hot Sauce.
  3. Stir in the crabmeat and diced onions, cook about 5 minutes.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Place one heaping teaspoon of mixture in center of wonton wrapper.
  6. Bring the four corners together and pinch in the middle to make it look like a little bundle.
  7. Deep fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes until wrappers are golden brown.
  8. This crabmeat mixture is also very good as a hot crab dip.
Yield: 18 bundles
Preptime: 20 minutes
Cook time: 3 minutes
