Venison, Pork & Chicken Jambalaya

Ingredients
- 1 lb Venison
- 1 lb Pork Shoulder
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless
- 6 cups Rice
- 12 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 lb Vegetable Medley
- 8 oz Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
- 1 tsp Cajun Shake
- 2 pkg Cajun King Jambalaya Mix
- 2 tsp Louisiana Gold Sauce
Directions
- Mix venison, pork, chicken and vegetables in a pot and season with Cajun Injector Cajun Shake; let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add 3-4 oz. Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade, along with Cajun King Jambalaya Mix and a little of the Louisiana Gold Sauce.
- Add chicken stock; then heat to bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer; let simmer for 20 minutes.
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
