Venison, Pork & Chicken Jambalaya

  1. Mix venison, pork, chicken and vegetables in a pot and season with Cajun Injector Cajun Shake; let simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Add 3-4 oz. Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade, along with Cajun King Jambalaya Mix and a little of the Louisiana Gold Sauce.
  3. Add chicken stock; then heat to bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer; let simmer for 20 minutes.
